We can assist with check-in/out, amenities, or local tips. We’ll respond as quickly as possible, though messages during late night or early morning hours may take a bit more time. On-site support is available when needed—emergency cases will be handled promptly. We respect your privacy and won’t interfere unnecessarily, so you can relax and enjoy your stay. Our home is in a quiet, local residential area of Kita Ward (Kita 15 / Kita 18 area), where you can enjoy a more relaxed side of Sapporo while still being very close to the city center. The neighborhood is safe, walkable, and convenient, with convenience stores, local restaurants, cafes, and daily essentials nearby. It is a great base for guests who want both comfort and easy access to sightseeing. In winter, the area is generally calm and easy to navigate with proper winter shoes. Getting around is simple and convenient: • Nearest subway: Kita 18-jo Station (Namboku Line) • Walking time: about 4 minutes from the station (Exit 2) • To Sapporo Station: about 2 subway stops / ~4 minutes • From New Chitose Airport (CTS): JR Rapid Airport Train to Sapporo Station (~37–40 min), then Namboku Line to Kita 18-jo (~4 min), plus short walk (total usually ~50–60 min) You can easily reach major Sapporo areas by subway, and taxis are also easy to use.

Very responsive host who went above and beyond. First time having a host who constantly asks if there's anything needed but will also let you just enjoy your vacation. Very proactive in that regard. I would say don't be a afraid to book this Airbnb if it fits your needs. Thank you Ami! Btw, there are incredible soup curry restaurants around the area in very close proximity.
정말 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 위치도 좋고 숙소도 깨끗하게 관리되어 있었어요. 필요한 물품들이 잘 갖추어져 있어 지내는 동안 불편함 없이 편안하게 머물 수 있었습니다. 아이들도 다음에 다시 이 숙소에 오자고 할 정도로 만족했어요. 덕분에 편안하게 잘 쉬다 갑니다. 다음에 또 방문할게요~^^

Our stay at S-Studio Sapporo was absolutely wonderful! The place was spotless, cozy, and very well-maintained. The location was excellent, convenient to transport, restaurants, convenience stores, and many of Sapporo’s attractions, yet still quiet and relaxing after a long day of exploring. What truly made our stay exceptional was the top-notch assistance of our host, Ami. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and accommodating from check-in to check-out. We genuinely felt well taken care of throughout our stay, and her hospitality made our Sapporo trip even more memorable. The unit had everything we needed, and the entire experience was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sapporo, we would gladly stay here again on our next trip to Hokkaido!
We are a family of four and we stayed in S Studio from May 10-14. The place is accessible by walking from Sapporo station. When we arrived, the place was perfectly arranged. Ami is also ver responsive and willing to give instructions when needed. There is an affordable parking space nearby and convenience stores are everywhere! My favorite spot is the kitchen- there’s salt, pepper and olive oil that made cooking very easy. The restroom and shower are spotless! We can never ask for more. Everything that a guest would possibly need is in the room- from toiletries, kitchenwares to first aid kit! S Studio gives us another reason to go back to Sapporo! ☺️☺️
