We can assist with check-in/out, amenities, or local tips. We’ll respond as quickly as possible, though messages during late night or early morning hours may take a bit more time. On-site support is available when needed—emergency cases will be handled promptly. We respect your privacy and won’t interfere unnecessarily, so you can relax and enjoy your stay. Our home is in a quiet, local residential area of Kita Ward (Kita 15 / Kita 18 area), where you can enjoy a more relaxed side of Sapporo while still being very close to the city center. The neighborhood is safe, walkable, and convenient, with convenience stores, local restaurants, cafes, and daily essentials nearby. It is a great base for guests who want both comfort and easy access to sightseeing. In winter, the area is generally calm and easy to navigate with proper winter shoes. To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please read and follow the rules below: -Smoking is strictly prohibited, including e-cigarettes. Please refrain from smoking near the entrance as well. -Parties and loud music are not allowed. -Please keep noise to a minimum during nighttime to avoid disturbing neighbors or other guests. -If we receive a noise complaint from other guests or neighbors, you may be asked to leave immediately, even at night. An emergency response fee of ¥11,000 will be charged. -If you wish to extend your check-out time, please inform us by the day before. Unnotified late check-out past 11:00 AM will result in the following charges: 30 minutes: ¥1,000 60 minutes: ¥2,000 No contact is needed if you check out by 11:00 AM. We kindly ask guests to check out on time for the next guests. -If any vomiting or serious mess occurs, a cleaning/damage fee will be charged. -Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited. If discovered, we will immediately report it to the police. -We cannot control or compensate for external factors such as construction noise, neighbors’ sounds, or temporary odors from the surrounding area. Refunds or discounts cannot be issued for these reasons. -If you have any concerns about odors or cleanliness inside the room or other conditions within the facility, we will be happy to assess the situation together with you on-site. Please note that if you check out without prior consultation, we will not be able to offer any refunds or discounts. 4.84· 63件のレビュー跟房東詢問，是否可以寄放行李，房東很快回覆說可以，給我們明確的寄放行李的時間點。我們房間的上一組房客在房間抽菸，寄放行李時就聞到菸味了，有請房東消除菸味，但是，晚上回到房間時，還是有菸味（可怕的菸味真的很難消除），跟房東反應，房東就說讓我們換房間。我們第一天回到房間已經很晚了，來不及換房間，只能第二天換房間，第二間房間就完全沒煙味啦～這次待了兩個房間，第一間房間空間較小，四個人入住有點擠，如果住三個人會比較剛好。第二個房間就剛剛好了，我們有3個大行李箱，都有位置可以放。兩個房間都跟房東提供的照片一致。有洗烘衣機真的很好用，但是應該是放太多衣服了，所以衣服沒有很乾。最後要說，房東有準備小零食，問問題時回覆很即時，很有效率。
Very peaceful and quiet neighbourhood, ( with a small playground a few meters away ) a short walk from the closest train station, surrounded by great local restaurants and also convenience stores, ( a lot of soup currys!) I reccomend this place if you want to avoid the typical hustle and bustle of a hotel .
숙소앞에 편의점도 있고 조용한 곳에 위치해있어 편히 쉬었습니다. 화장실이나 침대가 엄청 깨끗히 관리되어 있었습니다. Ami 씨도 응답이 빨라서 모르는 것이 있을때 즉각적인 피드백을 받을 수 있었습니다!

Ami is the best host I’ve ever come across. She is patient, responsible, and incredibly responsive. When a small issue arose on the first night of our stay, she followed through the entire process to ensure it was resolved smoothly. Her support meant a lot, especially as I was traveling with two elderly parents, which wasn’t easy. We truly enjoyed our entire week-long stay. Thank you, Ami!
