Please refrain from smoking near the entrance as well. -Parties and loud music are not allowed. -Please keep noise to a minimum during nighttime to avoid disturbing neighbors or other guests. -If we receive a noise complaint from other guests or neighbors, you may be asked to leave immediately, even at night. An emergency response fee of ¥11,000 will be charged. -If you wish to extend your check-out time, please inform us by the day before. Unnotified late check-out past 11:00 AM will result in the following charges: 　30 minutes: ¥1,000 　60 minutes: ¥2,000 　No contact is needed if you check out by 11:00 AM. We kindly ask guests to check out on time for the next guests. -If any vomiting or serious mess occurs, a cleaning/damage fee will be charged. -Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited. If discovered, we will immediately report it to the police. -We cannot control or compensate for external factors such as construction noise, neighbors’ sounds, or temporary odors from the surrounding area. Refunds or discounts cannot be issued for these reasons. -If you have any concerns about odors or cleanliness inside the room or other conditions within the facility, we will be happy to assess the situation together with you on-site. Please note that if you check out without prior consultation, we will not be able to offer any refunds or discounts.
