We are a family of four and we stayed in S Studio from May 10-14. The place is accessible by walking from Sapporo station. When we arrived, the place was perfectly arranged. Ami is also ver responsive and willing to give instructions when needed. There is an affordable parking space nearby and convenience stores are everywhere! My favorite spot is the kitchen- there’s salt, pepper and olive oil that made cooking very easy. The restroom and shower are spotless! We can never ask for more. Everything that a guest would possibly need is in the room- from toiletries, kitchenwares to first aid kit! S Studio gives us another reason to go back to Sapporo! ☺️☺️

Kameari is a great residential neighbourhood, quiet but with lots of amenities. Ami’s place was sparkling clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable and it was spacious. Ami was easy to communicate with and went out of her way to answer any questions we had. We enjoyed experiencing a quieter side of Tokyo and having a peaceful place to return to after busy sightseeing days.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was extremely convenient and very walkable from the train station, which made getting around the city quite easy. There’s also a nearby 7/11 and Lawson, so grabbing snacks, drinks, or anything we needed was incredibly easy. One of the highlights was being very close to SAMA, which served imo the best soup curry we had during our trip. Ami-san was also very communicative, proactive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. They regularly checked in to make sure everything was okay and that we were comfortable, which we truly appreciated. Overall, a very pleasant and stress-free stay.

Our family had a comfortable stay here. Kameari Station is like 7 minutes walk away. Groceries, supermarket and restaurants are all within walking distance. Host communicated very promptly and provided all the useful information. The unit is clean and well-equipped. Recommended unit.

Great little place to stay conveniently near the Haneda airport. It has all the listed amenities and is very clean. Ami is a very nice and responsive host, she even allowed us to check in earlier. Definitely would come again !

Ahh man what can we say? My wife & I had our honeymoon in Japan & we are missing it greatly. Ami’s place just added to our lives! Certainly won’t forget this experience! Ami made sure our stay was comfortable, provided all necessities in which you’ll enjoy! We felt right at home! Cozy, comfortable, & delightful are the words that come to mind when it comes to our stay. There’s lots to do! So many restaurants, so much to see! The train station is ridiculously close by & that same station can lead to the airport, or to Tokyo Station! From having convenient stores, to vending machines, markets & restaurants. I assure you will have a good time with your stay. Thank you Ami for playing a huge part in our lives, for making us feel right at home & for looking out for us. Not just because it was our honeymoon but you made us feel right at home.

A nice place in a quiet neighborhood with lots of little things that were provided made the stay relaxing. From the weighing scale for your luggage, the hair dryer, the extension cord, to Ami’s guides that help get you settled in, recommendations for places to eat in the area and how to get around, to Ami herself, a proactive host that ensures your stay is worthwhile and one less thing to worry about in your trip. The location is what we were looking for. Far enough from the popular areas of Tokyo so we can go on relaxing walks but near enough to get you where you wanted. Near the train station, lot’s of places nearby to eat, supermarkets and convernience stores. We had fun hunting the KochiKame: Tokyo Beat Cops statues and manhole covers scattered around Kameari.

This is my third time staying at All Good Stay HEIWAJIMA, and just like before, everything was perfect. The location is unbeatable—Heiwajima Station is literally only a 30-second walk away, and it takes about 10 minutes to get to Haneda Airport. The apartment itself is clean, stylish, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay in Tokyo. Ami and the All Good Stay team are the most thoughtful and responsive hosts I’ve ever encountered. They go above and beyond to make returning guests feel at home, even anticipating any additional needs you might have—this truly means a lot. The space is quiet, making it ideal for both relaxing and working. The bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is spotless. Every time I visit Tokyo, I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend All Good Stay HEIWAJIMA to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and truly outstanding hosts.

Clean and easy to check in. Very close to the Keikyu station. You can take the Kaisoku from here and get to Shinagawa with just two stops. You can also take the bus to get to TRC for conventions.
