Ami is a great host, very prompt and responsive. She provided us with clear instructions and checked in frequently.
The flat itself was nice and clean when we arrived and had the amenities listed online. The house manual had everything we needed in terms of the local area such as what was nearby and some recommendations too!
The area is outside of central Tokyo which makes it quaint and adds to its charm. You feel a different, quieter vibe, which we appreciated. Nonetheless, it is well-connected with a train station nearby that is about a 5-minute walk.

Our stay at All Good Stay was fantastic and truly lived up to its name. The place was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, making it easy to feel at home right away. Everything matched the listing perfectly, and it was clear that a lot of care had gone into maintaining the space. The layout was practical, the amenities were complete, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming, which made our stay very relaxing.
The location was convenient and made getting around easy. The bed was comfortable, the space was well organized, and all essential items were provided, making our stay smooth and stress-free.
Most importantly, Ami S. is a wonderful host—kind, responsive, and very helpful. Communication was fast and clear, and Ami made sure we felt welcomed throughout our stay.
I highly recommend All Good Stay to anyone looking for a great place with an amazing host. I would gladly stay here again in the future.

The accommodation was perfect. It had a warm and cozy atmosphere, with well-organized rooms and great surrounding amenities. I also believe the price was very reasonable. It was the perfect place to experience the true vibe of Tokyo. Above all, the host was so kind that I would definitely love to stay with them again.

This place was very clean and conveniently located near the station, which made it incredibly easy for us to walk around and explore. The owner was very responsive, super helpful, and made us feel safe and well taken care of during our stay in Japan.
Both the owner and the staff were exceptionally kind and supportive. I would highly recommend Ami as a host to anyone visiting Japan. We truly enjoyed our trip, and the great location played a big part in that.
