This accommodation is absolutely lovely! Everything is convenient, a really well thought out place. It’s also so aesthetically pleasing and clean, absolutely spotless!! The complimentary snacks and a welcome card are a nice touch. Such a warm vibe so I felt right at home. Location is perfect too! Friendly and very personal communication with amazing host!! Will definitely stay again next visit in Tokyo :) ありがとうございます!

Great location right next to the station and has great coffee shops/cafes nearby (had the best coffee at Timely). The neighborhoods are super quiet and it’s a great place to walk around after the hustle and bustle of Shibuya. Ami is also incredibly detail oriented in her instructions (she even sends a video of how to open the key locker which I needed after 12 hours of travel haha), super helpful, and responsive. She even checked in on us in the morning to make sure our check-in and stay was smooth and comfortable. If you go to the grocery store across the street and forget soy sauce/other seasonings, the kitchen has it! The washer was great to have and there is drying rack in the kitchen. Would stay again when we’re Ota city and will check out the other properties that Ami has!

I had a wonderful stay at Ami’s place. I made a last minute booking request when my flight to Haneda arrived late and I had to unexpectedly spend a night close to the airport before getting to my final destination. Ami was quick to respond, very accommodating and very kind. The self- check in process was very easy, space was comfortable, quiet and exactly as described. Ami also provides lots of recommendations of local spots to try. It’s a great spot overall! I’d be happy to come back and stay for longer.

An incredible value with high convenience relative to its proximity to Haneda Airport, the Tokyo city center and also Yokohama, I cannot recommend Ami’s place enough to travelers wanting convenience, value and kindness. I stayed here just one night due an airline cancellation of my flight and she immediately responded even at a late hour to accommodate me and make sure the room was up to a high standard of cleanliness. The washing machine worked very well and quickly, the room was comfortable and warm even on a very cold night, and I slept so well after a long and stressful day of travel complications. Ami was kind enough to offer me a late checkout free of charge due to my situation at the airport and I cannot express how much this was appreciated. Thank you so much, Ami. For those visiting Tokyo, this would be a perfect home base, especially if you want to take domestic flights from Haneda or go to Yokohama frequently. 30 minutes to Yokohama was great! An outstanding location.
