Ami is a great host, very prompt and responsive. She provided us with clear instructions and checked in frequently. The flat itself was nice and clean when we arrived and had the amenities listed online. The house manual had everything we needed in terms of the local area such as what was nearby and some recommendations too! The area is outside of central Tokyo which makes it quaint and adds to its charm. You feel a different, quieter vibe, which we appreciated. Nonetheless, it is well-connected with a train station nearby that is about a 5-minute walk. To Ami and the team behind All Good Stay, thank you so much! 😊

Very clean and very peaceful area that is not too far from the major transports of Sapporo. Very clean facilities at an affordable price with a very responsive helpful host. It has all sorts of amenities and fits needs of almost anyone!

Ami was a very caring host, checking on us regularly. At one point I mentioned that a stool would be nice so I can shower sitting down, japanese style, and she sent for a stool right away. Communication thru Airbnb was very good. She responded within minutes, and was always courteous. I couldn't have asked for a better superhost. About the place, I was hesitant to book at first because it was new and with no reviews yet. But seeing excellent reviews on her other listings, I was convinced that I would be dealing with a great superhost, and I was proven right. Pictures of the listing were accurate. All amenities were working fine. Bed and linen were clean and comfortable. There is a heater in the room and a portable one inside the bathroom. It was a comfortable stay for a group of 4. On google maps, the walk to/from the station is 7 mins (winter time) and there is a 7-11 midway. Having a chance to go back to Sapporo, her listing would be top of mind

We had the best experience we’ve ever had on Airbnb. The host was fantastic and truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The house was excellent for the price, the area was nice and very convenient, and having a car park was a huge bonus. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would happily book again.

The place was easy to find and very accessible, which made arrival smooth and stress-free. Everything was spotless and clearly well cared for. The amenities were complete and thoughtfully provided, making the stay comfortable and convenient. We were kindly allowed to check in earlier than the scheduled time, which gave us a much-needed chance to rest after our long and tiring journey into the city. The host was exceptionally helpful, ensuring we settled in comfortably and going above and beyond to answer our questions and address any concerns. Their hospitality truly made the experience even better. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This accommodation is absolutely lovely! Everything is convenient, a really well thought out place. It’s also so aesthetically pleasing and clean, absolutely spotless!! The complimentary snacks and a welcome card are a nice touch. Such a warm vibe so I felt right at home. Location is perfect too! Friendly and very personal communication with amazing host!! Will definitely stay again next visit in Tokyo :) ありがとうございます!

Great location right next to the station and has great coffee shops/cafes nearby (had the best coffee at Timely). The neighborhoods are super quiet and it’s a great place to walk around after the hustle and bustle of Shibuya. Ami is also incredibly detail oriented in her instructions (she even sends a video of how to open the key locker which I needed after 12 hours of travel haha), super helpful, and responsive. She even checked in on us in the morning to make sure our check-in and stay was smooth and comfortable. If you go to the grocery store across the street and forget soy sauce/other seasonings, the kitchen has it! The washer was great to have and there is drying rack in the kitchen. Would stay again when we’re Ota city and will check out the other properties that Ami has!

I had a wonderful stay at Ami’s place. I made a last minute booking request when my flight to Haneda arrived late and I had to unexpectedly spend a night close to the airport before getting to my final destination. Ami was quick to respond, very accommodating and very kind. The self- check in process was very easy, space was comfortable, quiet and exactly as described. Ami also provides lots of recommendations of local spots to try. It’s a great spot overall! I’d be happy to come back and stay for longer.

Staying at Ami’s was such a treat! She accommodated us so well! She let us drop off our luggage super early in the day because our other plans had fallen through on short notice, because of this and after talking to Ami about it she also let us check in early considerate of our situation. Ami went truely above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay and was also super lovely and kind and great communication. Her apartment was very clean and fresh, the beds were the comfiest beds I’ve ever seriously slept in! Not to mention how soft the sheets were, it felt like sleeping in a big fluffy cloud ☁️ 😇
