Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig und sauber. Auch die Umgebung bot eine gute Infrastruktur: es gab viele gute und günstige Restaurants, zwei Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Umgebung, der Weg zum Bahnhof war kurz, die Anbindung ans Zentrum gut. Besonders gefallen hat mir die Kommunikation mit Ami - ich glaube ich hatte noch nie einen Vermieter der so schnell und immer freundlich reagiert hat. Daher, alles gut, gerne wieder!

Our family of four stayed at All Good Stay KAMEARI 201 (Home in Katsushika City) for five nights, and it was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. The home was spotless, spacious, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. We loved having plenty of room to relax after long days exploring Tokyo, and the beautiful dining area added a special touch. Ami was an outstanding host. Communication was excellent before and during our stay, and she personally met us at check in to make sure everything was perfect. She also left a generous assortment of snacks and treats that made us feel immediately welcome. The laundry setup was fantastic. The bathroom drying room made it easy to wash and dry clothes overnight, which was incredibly helpful for our family. Thank you, Ami, for your kindness and hospitality. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Tokyo. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were in Japan for 3 weeks & for the first time used Airbnb with the hope of having more space for our 2 kids & a full kitchen. From the start, Ami was very responsive, detailed & extremely kind to set up a birthday surprise for me, it felt very personalized and was such an unexpected and sweet gesture! Our first Airbnb in Kyoto was a lot smaller than we anticipated from the pictures so it was a relief to get to Kameari and spread out. The house is 3 stories and the stairs are steep but that wasn't an issue as I have stairs so my kids (2 & 5) handled going up and down with ease. The house had many of the amenities you'd want. Nice kitchen, spacious living/dining room and washer/dryer. A nice surprise that came in handy was the luggage scale. All our suitcases were exactly 50 lbs. 😅😅 The neighborhood is local, not many tourists & quiet. Great mom and pop restaurants and bars. Ami is very sweet you can tell she cares about her guests & their experience. We're planning to stay again!
