Ami was a very hands on host. She promptly replied to my questions. At the same time, it was very comfortable to ask her because she spoke very kindly and knows her place inside out. My family and I would definitely stay here again if our schedules would align. She also wrote a personalized letter and left some snacks for me and my family.

周りに美味しいお店が多く、コンビニや駅にも近いため、とても便利でした。オーナーさんも親切で、問い合わせへの対応も早かったです。 ただ、お部屋自体は一階にあり、隣の建物に囲まれているため、写真のように明るくはなく、暗くて湿度も高かったです。また、照明も少し弱く、電気を全部つけても暗く感じました。そのため、居心地の面では少し残念でした。 本州から避暑をしながら仕事をする目的で滞在したのですが、お部屋が暗く、日中も外に出て他の作業場で過ごすことが多くなりました。

跟房東詢問，是否可以寄放行李，房東很快回覆說可以，給我們明確的寄放行李的時間點。我們房間的上一組房客在房間抽菸，寄放行李時就聞到菸味了，有請房東消除菸味，但是，晚上回到房間時，還是有菸味（可怕的菸味真的很難消除），跟房東反應，房東就說讓我們換房間。我們第一天回到房間已經很晚了，來不及換房間，只能第二天換房間，第二間房間就完全沒煙味啦～這次待了兩個房間，第一間房間空間較小，四個人入住有點擠，如果住三個人會比較剛好。第二個房間就剛剛好了，我們有3個大行李箱，都有位置可以放。兩個房間都跟房東提供的照片一致。有洗烘衣機真的很好用，但是應該是放太多衣服了，所以衣服沒有很乾。最後要說，房東有準備小零食，問問題時回覆很即時，很有效率。

房间干净，尤其是带烘干的洗衣机，提供了很多便利，位置很好，步行就可以到达札幌站。 订房的时候没注意只有26平，对于三个人来说有些局促，行李没地方摆，另外2张床占用了过多的空间，走道狭窄，睡3个人上下床的时候非常不便，如果公寓布置成单人房间应该会很舒适。 我们在附近不远处刚住过的另一家价格差不多，配置也相当，但空间要大3倍。

家族4人で利用しました。 2連泊させていただいたのですが、チェックイン前後のやりとりもとても丁寧で、安心して利用することができました。 コンビニも近く、駅までと徒歩圏内ですが、静かな環境だったことも良かったです。 インテリアがおしゃれなのも嬉しかったです！ 素敵な時間をありがとうございました！

Very peaceful and quiet neighbourhood, ( with a small playground a few meters away ) a short walk from the closest train station, surrounded by great local restaurants and also convenience stores, ( a lot of soup currys!) I reccomend this place if you want to avoid the typical hustle and bustle of a hotel .

The apartment is on the ground floor and is exactly as described. Space wise it was fine for 3 persons, but 4 may be a little tight. Location wise, It's in a quiet but interesting neighborhood with Seico Marts, interesting restaurants (Sama Soup Curry is excellent), and an excellent coffee shop all within blocks. The subway station (Namboku line) is close and it's just a short ride to Sapporo Station, Odori and Susukino. Ami is an excellent host. Great communication, super responsive, and just a terrific host.
